Distilled on site from Tempranillo grapes grown,
fermented and barrel aged on our Dromana
vineyard. Barrel aging imparts a smooth
sweetness and provides a platform for rounding
the botanical flavours of juniper, licorice, citrus,
coriander & oris root. An authentic taste of the
Peninsula. Non chill filtered.
