Our Tempranillo Gin is distilled on-site from Tempranillo grapes grown, fermented, and barrel-aged at our Dromana vineyard. Barrel aging adds a smooth sweetness, perfectly balancing the botanical notes of juniper, licorice, citrus, coriander, and orris root. Non-chill filtered for an authentic Peninsula flavour.
